Outcomes & captured details
After each call, a workflow decides what happened, records the details you care about, and runs the follow-up you've wired to that result.
The Outcome Router
The Outcome Router step sorts every call into a branch. New workflows start with Interested, Callback and No answer; rename them, delete them or click Add branch. Each branch has a label (what you see) and a key (e.g. callback) used in results.
After each answered call the AI reads the conversation and picks the branch that fits.
Details to capture
Under Details to capture from each call, list up to 8 things you want written down — for example “Appointment date” or “Preferred plan”. After each answered call the AI fills them in from the conversation. They appear in the workflow's Analytics tab and its CSV export, and in the results you send.
Follow-ups on a branch
Connect an action to a branch and it runs for every call that lands there. Nothing runs on a branch you leave empty.
- Re-queue — call the person again. Under When to call again: After a wait (a number of hours), When they asked (the time they gave on the call), or After promised date (the day after a payment date they promised). The next call's AI employee is told what happened on the previous one. At most 3 follow-up calls per person.
- Live Transfer — hand the caller to a person. See Call transfers.
- Suppress / DNC — stop calling this person. See Do-not-call list.
