Daffy Voice documentation
Daffy Voice gives your business AI employees that answer calls, call your lists and follow up — in English, Hindi and more. These docs show you how to set them up, connect your phone numbers and plug the results into your own tools.

How Daffy Voice works
- AI employees are the voices on the phone. Each one has a name, a voice, a script and the documents it answers from.
- Phone numbers connect them to the real world — a Twilio or Plivo number, or your own carrier over a SIP trunk. Calls to a number are answered by the AI employee attached to it.
- Campaigns and workflows decide who gets called, when, and what happens after each call — callbacks, transfers, and results sent to your CRM or a Google Sheet.
You do all of this in the dashboard, or ask Daffy, the built-in assistant, to set it up from one sentence. Developers can connect Daffy Voice to their own systems over the REST API — send contacts to call, run campaigns and manage phone numbers.
