Self-hosting
Most companies use Daffy Voice as a managed service. For companies that need calls and data to stay on their own infrastructure, Daffy Voice can be deployed on your own servers as part of an Enterprise arrangement.
Managed or self-hosted
- Managed — Daffy Voice runs the platform and the GPUs. You sign up, log in and start building. This is how the rest of these docs assume you use Daffy Voice.
- Self-hosted — the same platform runs on hardware you control, so recordings, transcripts and your knowledge base never leave your infrastructure.
What self-hosting involves
Daffy Voice is designed to run its voice models on a single modern GPU (an RTX 4070 Ti Super class card is enough), which keeps the cost per minute low. A deployment also needs a database, a cache and a server reachable by your phone carrier for calls.
Set up with the UBIQ team
There's no self-serve installer. Self-hosted deployments are planned and set up together with the team for each customer. Ask through System Settings → Support, or see the Enterprise plan in pricing.
