Live calls
See which calls are happening right now, on the Dashboard page.
Where to find them
Open Dashboard. While any AI employee is on a call, a Live now panel appears with the number of calls in progress. Each call shows:
- the AI employee handling it
- how long it has been running, counting up every second
Calls appear the moment they start and drop off when they end — no need to refresh.
Only shown while calls are live
When nothing is in progress, the panel is hidden. That's expected — it isn't an error.
After the call
Once a call ends, its recording, transcript and outcome are in Call logs.
Running a campaign or workflow? Its own page shows progress across your contact list as calls are made.
Watching only
The live view lists calls; you can't listen in or take over a call from it. To hand callers to a person, set up call transfers.
