AI employees
Hire from your website
Paste your website address and Daffy Voice reads it, works out what your business does, and suggests the AI employees that fit — each with a script already written for your business.
How it works
Open the hire screen
In the dashboard, open AI Employees and press Hire an AI employee. Choose Start from your website.
Paste your website address
Type your address (for example yourbusiness.com) and press Analyse website. Daffy Voice reads the site and picks up your services, locations and languages, and booking forms.
Pick a suggested AI employee
You see what was read about your business and a list of Suggested AI employees, each marked Best fit or Good fit. Press Hire on the one you want. If none fits, use Need a different role? to describe your own role for the same business.
Review and create
Daffy Voice writes the script and greeting for that role and opens them for review. Change anything you like, then press Create AI employee. The details read from your website are added to its knowledge when you create it.
Good to know
- The reading is saved. Your analysed websites appear under Websites you've analysed, so you can hire several AI employees from one reading without analysing the site again.
- It starts as a draft. Nothing is called until you switch the AI employee on with Go live.
- Analysing uses AI. Reading a site and writing each script uses a small amount of AI credit.
Some sites can't be read
Other ways to start
On the same screen you can choose Describe it — write what the AI employee should do and press Write my AI employee (use Improve with AI to add detail first) — or Build from scratch for an empty form. You can also ask Daffy to set up the whole calling job.
