Terms of service

These terms govern your use of UBIQ. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.

Acceptable use

No telemarketing to numbers on DND/DNC lists. No abuse, harassment, fraud, or impersonation. No attempts to bypass rate limits or extract model weights. Obey applicable law in every jurisdiction where you make or receive calls.

Billing

Metered per minute. Subscriptions renew monthly. Overage is invoiced on the 1st. Refunds within 14 days for unused subscription time, not for minutes consumed.

Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime on managed plans. Self-hosted customers are responsible for their own availability.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We're not responsible for losses caused by customer content, third-party tools, or force majeure.

Changes

We'll email you at least 30 days before any material change. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
