UBIQ ("we", "us") operates a voice AI platform. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under applicable laws including India's DPDP Act 2023 and (where applicable) the GDPR.
What we collect
Account information (name, email, workspace name). Call data (audio, transcripts, sentiment, tool invocation metadata). Usage metadata (minutes used, billing records). Technical data (IP addresses, browser fingerprints for abuse prevention).
How we use it
To operate the service, bill you accurately, improve model quality (with explicit opt-in), detect abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Call metadata is retained for 12 months. Audio recordings are stored for 30 days on fast storage, then archived for up to 365 days total, then deleted. Usage records are retained indefinitely for billing purposes. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability. Email privacy@ubiqtech.ai with requests; we respond within 30 days.
